The stay at the Radisson was great. Clean rooms, smooth transaction & an opportunity to visit their Las Vegas properties this year in 2018. I will definitely book travel with them again. Transaction Date October 10th 2025 Order Number: 7920491…read moreAmount Paid $139 Business committed to provide to me and my wife: $200 gift card and a stay in the hotel Marriot Hotel in Orlando. Business falsely claimed they were the Marriot hotel themselves and falsely claimed that my wife had won a gift card at the marriage conference she attended. - the business is attending these marriage conferences to scam vulnerable people - was hiding their business name and pretending to be a more legitimate company like Marriot. was claiming that I just have to pay a small fee for hotel local taxes for the hotel stay which is normal so it made me think paying $139 was legitimate. - the business was giving everyone who attended this "prize" in the form of a phone call that is used to lure people into a timeshare or just to simply take their deposit - the phone sales people are deliberately misleading people so they sign up - was scamming vulnerable people, we took their call while we were in the birthing suite for my newborn girl, my wife thought this was good luck. Once I got the confirmation email and found out the real company name and terms of the confirmation by email, my wife was dismayed, she knew we would be losing the deposit and not getting the hotel stay and not getting the gift card. Effectively we knew we had been scammed once we got the confirmation which of course was after the payment as this was done over the phone under false pretenses with plenty of deception. The confirmation showed that hotel was not the same as discussed, the company was not the same and it was a timeshare not a normal hotel. - at no point in the phone call was there any mention of a timeshare which is pretty obvious because they were acting under another business name "Marriot" - the company tries to increase their legitimacy by pretending to be "part of the marriage conference venue team", "part of Marriot hotels" - they also lied during the phone call saying this was a new Marriot Hotel that we just opened up and made up an elaborate lie that due to the hotel opening soon they had a prize for a select few people at the newly wed conference due to their partnership with the conference to "try it" as a promotion. The story was completely fabricated so they could scam my wife and I. I did reach out to them to get a refund which was denied of course but this is not surprising given all I have typed above. My wife and I learned my lesson we got burnt by this company. Companies like these cause a general mistrust of all companies and make it much more difficult for legitimate companies to do business. We are going to be very cautious from now on. It is a shame so many other people will be getting scammed also by this company "Always Travel with Us LLC"

You know those calls you get claiming you "won" a trip to Orlando, or some other popular tourist…read moredestination, only if you want to claim whatever trip you "won" you still need to give them a credit card number and pay them hundreds of dollars, and attend a time share presentation? It's most likely these guys. They have been calling me on a regular basis for several years. They're always robocalls, which is illegal because the recordings never state who they are (as required by the TCPA), and it is illegal to robocall someone without their written permission. The sales reps often act very unprofessionally. Sometimes their behavior is so odd it makes me wonder if they're on drugs (mocking me, laughing inappropriately, etc...). I have told them many times not to call me and they still call. It's very annoying. My wife often gets calls from them as well. They're so persistent that the only way I've been able to deal with them is to mess with them and try to make their interactions with me as awkward and uncomfortable as possible (repeatedly asking the same dumb questions over and over again, pretending to hit on the caller if they're the same gender as me, pretending I'm mentally impaired, etc.....). It took several phone calls for me to even figure out the name of their company. Easiest way to deal with them is act interested until you can get enough information about them, and then file a report with the FCC.

Do NOT do business with this company. They convinced us to go on a time share promotion, with a…read morepromise that we'd get our $250.00 deposit back after we listened to their 2.5 hour time share presentation. We attended the presentation, but instead of simply refunding our credit card, they set us up with this confusing "My Vault " credit card application and one month later we've yet to see our funds-despite numerous calls to Holiday Inn Club vacation corporate and My Vault (they are incompetent as well). We were transferred around and around, given non working phone numbers. They promised that they would resolve our issue and return our call.... No follow up. If this is the way they handle a simple transaction, how could you trust them to manage an ongoing time share for you?

Every single promise they have ever made, they have broken. Would've given them a minus 10 stars if I could.. I had 3 timeshare weeks and in am getting rid of 2, thanks to them. Just when I thought they couldn't get any any ores as far as paperwork and accounting goes, they took a straight nosedive down to complete incompetence. Was told last year that 3 months is not enough time for me to relinquish my weeks. I gave them 5 full months in 2025 and they still haven't taken it off the books, but they damn sure it took my $3,000 to relinquish the time, and had nerve enough to send me a bill for next year's maintenance fees!!! After I'd been told repeatedly that wouldn't happen! The last lady I spoke to in the accounting department told me to disregard the bill verbally. I've got emails saying the same thing in writing. Have zero faith that this won't go to collections. If you want to buy a timeshare, know that I thoroughly enjoyed mine until Holiday inn took it over. If you want bang for your buck, instead of nightmares, you've been warned. Do not buy a timeshare from Holiday inn Club Vacations! BRW, I told the lady this was her last chance to keep me from going on social media and telling the world exactly how they do business. She told me to be patient again.
