The owner (Pat?) came to my house and had some good ideas: keep the countertops but mordernize the faucets and add a modern backsplash made up of mosaic type glass tiles. I was all for it and OKed the order. I do not live in Black Butte and Pat (?) said she would take care of the installation with the contractor who was doing some other work in my house. Much to my surprise, when I came back, the counter tops as well as the sinks had been replaced woth the SAME color/type sink thaty had been removed. My contractor agreed, that he was a bit surprised at my decison to rplace with the same he had removed, but new!!! Pat insisted that is is what I had wanted. I gave the business 2 stars instead of one as I had been helped before with window converings and carpet and was satisfied with their service. That is why I trusted them this time. No more.

We hired Lakeside Blinds for two roller shades for two doors that had full length glass. When the…read moreowner arrived to install the shades they were two narrow. We could easily see on either side of the shade the exterior and, of course, anyone looking in could see the interior of our home. Also the shades were hung in such a way that the space between glass and shade was approximately 3 inches. Much too space and even increased the lack of privacy. We asked the owner to redo the shades so they were wider and less space between glass and shade. He argued somewhat that they were made correctly. We didn't agree and so he reordered the shades and installed the new ones. He was very unprofessional and had somewhat of an attitude but thought we would give him the benefit of doubt and called him recently to install a skylight shade. He said he would do so. He never showed up and never called back. Obliviously he found that the address was the same as his previous work and didn't want to take on the request. Bottom line. If you order blinds from this company you might find yourself unhappy with the results and if a problem arises you might get an attitude that says he knows best what is best for you. Go to Bend or Redmond. Plenty of vendors that would like your business.
