Updated review. Worst!!!! There was a brand new AC/heater installed in the room, but we found out last night it was not plugged in. The reason it was not plugged in was because there was no suitable 30amp outlet for it! It was cold last night and we had ZERO heat! Further, the door leaked and so there was continual cold air blowing in around the cracks. This says everything about TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT of this facility. Shame on Best Western!! Allows pets. This is a two story building with outside access to rooms on both floors. It is clean, but very basic. The pillows are hard foam and very uncomfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There is plenty of parking. It is very noisy from highway. read more

I stopped here because they are dog friendly, and don't charge an arm and a leg in pet deposits. They don't have a fenced dog park/area, but they are well away from the freeway and general street traffic and they have a lot of clean grass to walk the dogs on. So perfect for the dogs who wagged their tails a lot in appreciation. For humans the stay was much more average. I had reserved a downstairs double queen. I was given a single king sized bed. I asked for a change but was told I'ld have to relocate upstairs. The room also had some damage to the furniture and patched spots on one wall. The bathroom door doesn't have enough room to close when sitting on the toilette, and the toilet paper holder would fall out of the wall if you didn't push it in when pulling paper. The shower was awesome though, with lots of hot water and a nice layout. The bed was about average. So I'll definitely stay here again when passing through with my dogs, but if it's just me I might seek a more updated place lodge. read more

We stayed the night here on our way in to Oklahoma City to pick up our new travel trailer and holly cow it's 0 degrees outside and dumping snow from what we were told it's the coldest Oklahoma has seen since the early 1900's . It was so cold my nipples had frost bite lol. However the rooms here were decent given the circumstances thank goodness for the heaters in the room. We stayed in one of there pet friendly rooms since we were traveling with our two fur babies. This town's hospitality goes above and beyond what I'm use to experiencing since I grew up in Los Angeles it has tons of mom and pop business in their downtown area and of course a Wal Mart near by. My only complaint was and since this was Mother Nature acting bad it wasn't Best Western's fault by any means was the pipes froze due to the sub zero temperatures so we had absolutely No running water of any kind otherwise it's a quiet place to stay and a very kind staff. read more

First quiet night I've had on this trip, and nobody woke me up!! Wonderful and friendly check in, the maid was friendly and helpful, they even have security cameras and parking area checks during the night if you're worried about your car. They serve a warm breakfast. Room is updated and sparkly clean. Everything works. Highly recommend. read more

The lady at the desk has the worst attitude, blonde. Didn't/wouldn't give her name, having issues with CO2 monitors going off, gas was turned off, and all she could do was complain about the people in the RV park next to the hotel, their electricity went off, and the CO2 monitors going off she was wishing the hotel would close!! Best Western should check this place out!! The people who cook the breakfast walk around without shoes on!! Will not ever stay here again!! Heard this morning that they have had bed bugs!! The beds and walk in shower were great. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. We couldn't get our channel so the woman at the front desk set up the tv for us in the dining room. She had a good sense of humor and we enjoyed her. It was a very good first night of our trip read more

This little hotel/motel was great! The rooms were clean and the water was super hot. They had all the conveniences of nice hotels and the higher priced motels/hotels. The free breakfast was the best I've had at any of the motel/hotels that offer free breakfast. The breakfast burritos were great. And the cherry on top is they use Seattle's Best coffee. My favorite. If and when I go back to El Reno this is where I will stay. read more

Housekeeping doesn't understand what a Do Not Disturb sticker means. I had the cleaning staff unlock my door and try to enter at 7:30am two mornings in a row. The first time I politely explained the sticker and that I would not need cleaning. The second morning I yelled from bed to go away and they still proceeded to unlock the door and enter! Management should inform cleaning staff to not bother rooms with the Do Not Disturb sticker posted unless that person has checked out of the motel. Other than the overeager cleaners, the room was decent and the breakfast was fairly standard. read more

Very well maintained and kept motel. Maybe a bit over priced because the oilfield is in town. All the staff including housekeeping were all very friendly. Housekeeping does a wonderful job of keeping things clean. The travel trailer spots are a bit close and a bit over priced as well, but give you a discounted rate for staying extended. That also comes with breakfast at the motel, use of the motel pool, and shower houses and laundry that are kept very clean. All in all a nice quiet place to stay. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We reserved a room, put it on credit card, when we arrived after 12+ hours of driving, the check in Lady Vicky had no idea how to run the Best Western rewards system, she called her supervisor Hope, and Hope was also very incompetent and unhelpful. After an hour we were tired of waiting and were very frustrated w the level of service this place offered and we chose to leave. We will never stay at a Best Western again! read more

We had a super warm greeting upon arrival, a clean room with a terrific shower (great water pressure). The breakfast was full-on terrific...they have their own real kitchen! I love this best western!!! It has a great pool and nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is always hot and delicious!! I would give it five stars but the beds in the double queen rooms are really hard on my back but the single kings are nice!! The maids are very helpful and respectful and the front desk is always willing to help. They have a playground and even a spot to grill!! Five stars for clean, affordable, quiet, and a top of the line breakfast buffet. The grounds are clean and kept, didn't use outdoor pool, but looked refreshing, and thoroughly enjoyed biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, omelette, potatoes, and fresh cut fruit salad! Spent the night in this motel with our Border collie. It's not easy to find good dog-friendly motels. We won on this one. The people were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean as a whistle, the place was.quiet, there was a super grassed area for dogs to explore and the breakfast was super. Four out of five stars. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! These folks say they're pet friendly, we stayed here because of that. We travel a lot, especially by car and stay at pet friendly motels since we often bring along our dog and cat. Both very well trained, adult animals that have never damaged a thing or been disrespectful in any way. We pay our pet fees, we are up front about our pets and bring our liter box for our kitty. After an 8 hour (tops) stay over night at this hotel, they tacked on another $100 in damage fees a few days after we checked out. It took them two weeks to call us back about why. Finally, we hear back and are told by the General Manager Jennifer, that our cat urinated all over the room and ruined the furniture. This couldn't be further from the truth and I am sick that people do this to other people. Stay here and give them your credit card number at your own risk, they are more than happy to take full advantage of the ability to slap on extra charges if they feel like it and there is NOTHING you can do about it. Unbelievably bad business. Avoid this hotel! It wasn't a bad hotel at the time, but for $200 bucks for a short night sleep there? Never again. read more

This hotel was the worst Best Western I've ever stayed at located in El Reno, Ok. The majority of patrons are oil riggers in the area. Room and linens reeked from prior smokers. Very loud expressway noise, not to mention the outdoor activities of oil riggers, ie smoking,very loud conversations, outside entry doors slamming at all hours due to lots of entry and exits of patrons. Upon arrival we had to remove items from previous night occupants stay. Breakfast was prepared in open area stove top by staff. Floors in dining area were sticky and unclean. Needless to say we passed on the FREE breakfast and escaped quickly with only a coffee. YIKES!!! Never, and I mean never will I return. read more

We stayed at this hotel last night. Wished I had read the reviews on YELP rather then in Trip Advisor! There are two buildings and our room was in the backside of the back building. Our room was clean, had a microwave , refrigerator (which didn't keep things cold) hair dryer and TV. The King bed was comfortable. Now the bad news. The ceiling fan in the bathroom was mounted to the wall and connected to the light. Hence, when you turned on the bathroom light the exhaust fan comes on sounding like a jet engine. The noise from the Interstate 40 sounds like the 18 wheelers are coming through your room! The security lighting on the exterior of the building was inadequate. There were missing and burned out light bulbs. Because of the location of our room coupled with the poor exterior lighting, we did not feel safe. We would not stay there again and therefore could not recommend it. Like the other reviewer said, we passed on the free breakfast, grateful to have escaped unharmed. read more
