The Bed was so comfortable, by the time I went to sleep at 10pm, I was out cold in 5 minutes and did not wake up until 8:30am, the next morning. The breakfast buffet offers all you need to be fueled up. Oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit (pineapple, banana, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and apples), yogurt, all sorts of coffee, cooled hard boiled eggs, coffee cake, toast, bagel, cereal (Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Cornflakes) and the creme-de-l'creme: the waffle maker, just 1: you need to devise a battle plan to ever have a chance to make a waffle as everyone is vying to make waffles (best bet: get there at 6am when the breakfast is first served and no one is awake.) While I've had better breakfast buffets, this did the job. Coffee was excellent which is what matters most. The rooms offer a nice 40" Flat screen TV with excellent reception and all the TV channels you need to find something worth watching. The entire hotel is very clean and organized. The only areas I had issues with were the showers (good water quality but slightly lower pressure than preferred) and the elevators (a little slower than expected). Despite that, would definitely stay here again. For those coming to Toronto via Pearson Int'l, this place does not offer a free airport shuttle so make sure to plan ahead getting here, about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic.

We were using a certificate for 1 night's free stay and as a thank you for choosing their hotel we had a delicious plate of fresh berries and exquisite chocolate as a welcoming gift. The bathroom area was separated by a pocket door so that the toilet and the shower tub combination are separate from the sink and two very large mirrors which were great for putting on makeup and having counter space for your Essentials. I don't think the hotel was very full on a Sunday night, I found the rooms to be very quiet and relaxing. All of the staff welcomed our three dogs and seemed very happy to have them there even sharing photos with us of their own dogs. Why not 5 stars vs. 4? Made it inconvenient in the morning and evening when people were coming to/from work. The room was dated but has everything you needed. There was a small living room area with a small dining table. The full kitchen was a nice option with the full size fridge. There was two TV's one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom was spacious as well as the closet. There was plenty of storage place. The bed was not very comfy but it was clean so that was good. The AC/heater was either too cold or too hot and quite loud which made it hard to go to bed comfortably. The hallways had a very aggressive hearing fan that would blow my sign off my door everyday which also got pretty annoying after two weeks. It also was quite loud. The gym was good. It had three treadmills, two ellipticals, one bicycle. I never had any issues getting the equipment I wanted to use. It was well stocked with towels. There is a tv on each machine as well as one in the weight area. The close parking was fairly crowded every night. But there was always parking somewhere just may not be close. The breakfast was different each morning which was a nice change after a long stay there. Some days were better than others. I wish they had paper plates to take food on the go in the morning. I did notice some people thought ahead and brought their own Tupperware so I guess that is an option. Nonetheless it is your standard free hotel breakfast. The subway station is not far from here about a 8 minute drive. There is no sidewalk to and from so I wouldn't really suggest walking there also it was quite cold and snowing when I was there. There is also a Walmart located near by so that was nice to get some essentials. The hotel also offers to pick up groceries for you as well. I'm not sure of the fee associated with it as I didn't do it. Room service was quick to bring anything that I needed.
