The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice breakfast buffet. It's a big buffet with lots of delicious choices, so be prepared to put on a couple of pounds. It starts to get crowded at 8:30am so if you are looking for a quiet breakfast try for 7:00 am for best results. There is a fitness club on the 7th floor. It is clean, has a decent variety of machines and a spa with a sauna and treatment rooms. They have a recumbent bike. Also enjoy the outdoor balcony for a relaxing place to enjoy a view of Vienna. The bartender with a awesome beard is very friendly, helpful and makes some great drinks. Two of my favorite things about the room was their rain shower head and their cool bendable pillows.
