I do not like to leave negative reviews for anyone, but the miserable experience I had with this place was so beyond anything I've ever experienced that I felt I had to write this to warn others! If I could give negative stars, I would!! Stay away from this place if you want to save yourself time and endless aggravation. I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews for this place before buying anything! After placing several orders with this place, they promised to deliver within "7-10 days". Well, 3 weeks later, we still didn't have our order. After contacting them multiple times and receiving countless excuses, bits and pieces of our orders finally started to trickle in. Except what we received wasn't even what we ordered! They sent us bootleg items, cheaper alternatives, and just plain wrong items. Bait and switch at it's finest! And what's even worse is that upon lugging all of the crap back to the store and showing all of this to the owner and questioning him, all we got was excuses and more lies. We last used them last year, did a good review, and used them again this year. Despite what other reviewers have claimed, our experience has been they do follow up on issues that arise. Suppliers have had hiring problems post-Covid which has resulted in delivery delays and mistakes, including with Best Buy (don't get me started), Wayfair and Amazon. Alex made it a point to follow up intensely- which is what is needed now in this environment. He pushed through the suppliers' screwups to make sure we got exactly what we ordered. It was frustrating for him too as a retailer to be blamed for someone else's issues. These days, you just have to be a little more patient. We love the items we got, his sense of taste in recommending them and how Alex and Sharon fought to correct supplier problems. They were good upscale brands but not beyond our budget. We are going to use him again shortly near the end of our reno, which I guess is the best review I can give them. read more

I should have read the reviews prior to walking into this place. I had a major job running on a time constricted schedule, after swiping a card for total charge of over 3 thousand. I was reassured by Alex that my tile would arrive in 3-4 business days. After receiving parts of the order throughout a two week period, mind you the order was delivered in pieces, box after box, I lost it on the phone with Alex, I was told to chill and to remain calm. The tile that came in chipped, I was told that I ordered extra pieces anyway, so I shouldn't worry about it. We ordered a sink, from the website, 3 weeks ago. Since then, I can't get any information from them. No follow-up, no email, no tracking number, no delivery. They don't answer the phone, usually. When they do, I get some bogus diversion (next week, call tomorrow, etc.) Now, our counter top needs to be fabricated, and we're stuck without knowing if the sink will actually come. Stay away from this company, it's a small private "everything for bathroom company" that does not care a bit about their costumes needs and requests. We ordered bathroom tiles from them, were told to wait 7 days, now it's been more than 3 weeks and we still didn't get the delivery. When I called the store, oppressive and harsh Alex explained that they don't get much orders now (obviously cuz theirs costumer service sucks) and we have to wait another week OR the best option he said is to go to New Jersey warehouse and pick it up ourselves. While remodeling my home, I have bought tile from different places. I think we will all agree that most sales people in these type of shops in brooklyn at least, are basically there to screw you over. That said, I found this place to be the worst of the worst. The sales person is a complete douchebag. I have been waiting for a delivery for about 4 months now. Every time i hear the same exact answer; it will be there on monday, and then next monday, and then next monday. Basically, he will say anything to get you of the phone. When speaking to him in the store, he makes it sound as though he is doing you a favor for allowing you to buy overpriced items from his store. Pretty funny actually. I am sure that there are people who were happy with this store, but based on my experience I suggest avoiding this place. read more

Till this day I haven't found a more professional bathroom and interior design center. Don't be fooled by big brand stores who have the same products standing on their showroom for 20 years. Best bathroom has a well experienced staff who carry the latest products from all over the world and offer amazing design services. Although they might have a small showroom, I'll tell you that they have more products and variety than any other showroom I've seen in Brooklyn. read more

Horrible costumer service. Medicine cabinet came in with factory defect on hinges. Owner of the store told me he will replace the unit in a week, sounds good except its been OVER A MONTH and he wont take it back for my refund because supposedly he ordered another one that he has been promising to pick up. The owner even threaten me with not helping at all (as if he has been actually doing something for 5 weeks), he even made a remark about small claim court to me, the customer. Its ridiculous We've bought $3,000 worth of bathroom fixtures, units and tile. Meanwhile the cabinet is only $190 the principle of the deal is to stand by your product. The worst tile/decor shopping experience ever! Not only they don't have any prices listed on their merchandise, they also don't have any return policy information, nor do they give u legit receipts or delivery signatures. Another big problem with them was that they hadn't delivered ALL merchandise that was ordered. We paid them a lot of money for the merchandise we had ordered and the fact that we had issues with a used vanity that they had sent us in a broken box dumped in front of our building, we couldn't get a new vanity instead of the used one they had sent us, nor at the end they didn't want to give us our money back! When we had contacted them several times Alex & his business partner Russel, had lied to us, cursed us out and acted so unprofessional! The latest date, Wednesday June 25, 2014 (6 months since the sink handle has been broken and inconvenient to use) he texted a response stating that come on Monday.) Took me 6 phone calls to get a barely english speaking person on the phone. From what I could understand he said I will receive my items by 6/25. Called on 6/23 to get a tracking number. The person who answered the phone told me that the items I ordered were discontinued and my order was cancelled even though my paypal was charged. Absolute joke. The gentleman who assists the owner Alex helped my husband and I twice in the past few months and was amazing! We came in not knowing any sizes, not having any idea of what we wanted and having no specific questions. He was very patient, helpful and friendly and explained everything we needed to consider in our bathroom renovation. He did not show annoyance at how clueless we were, and wasn't the least bit pushy. We left without purchasing anything, and he didn't seem annoyed at that either. He gave us suggestions for brands to look into, and said to call him with any questions. We came back a second time knowing exactly what we wanted, and although the store didn't have what we wanted, the same gentleman taught us about, and helped us choose interior doors, a kitchen sink, faucet and incinerator. Five stars for him! Once we were done choosing, Alex priced everything out for us and answered the additional questions we had. I don't believe we got a very good deal on anything, although we did get some minor discounts, and for that I took off half a star. Paying below the list price is typical in the industry, and I feel we could have gotten a better deal. But it is what it is, and we did pay less than sticker price. The other half star came off for Alex coming off very short at first, although he was very helpful when it came time to ordering, so it wasn't a huge deal. So far, an easy and low stress experience dealing with these guys, but I may update my review if any issues come up when it's time for delivery. read more

we purchased 7 interior doors from Best Bathroom 4 U, which were delivered directly into the house by the company's delivery person, and stacked in a room in my house until my contractors were ready to install them. when the doors were unpacked, it was discovered that one of the doors in the middle of the stack was patrially crushed, as if someone took a sledge hammer to it. a chunk of the door was missing. when we contacted best bathroom 4 u, they blamed the damage on my contractor, as if he purposely smashed the door, specficially one that was in the middle of the stack. they advised that we are responsible for this door and that they inspected every door before it went out for delivery to us, as they do with any order. to avoid more delay in finishing construction in the home, we agreed to pay for another door so we can move into the home with my 3 year old child. Best Bathroom 4 u told us the door would arrive in 1 week. We moved into the home even though construction was still not completed, expecting it to be done in one week. it has been over a month and a half and every time we speak to best bathroom 4 u, they give us another excuse as to why the door has not been delivered and they promise they will deliver next day every time we call. a week ago, they attempted to deliver a different door from what we ordered and expected us to pay for it. my contractor inspected it before it was accepted and discovered it was the wrong door, while the owner kept insisting the product was what we ordered. we are now stuck in the same situation as before. we spent over $9,000 at the place and they are blaming $170 problem on my contractor.
