They did an excellent job gut renovating our bathroom and one of our guest bedrooms, as well as numerous aesthetic touch-ups/refreshes throughout the rest of the house. There are several key factors which we found distinguished this company from the others: 1) RESPONSIVENESS. When we had a question about the project - whether it be phasing the construction - we decided to live through the renovation - or modifications to the design plan, we always got a response same-day. 2) CONSISTENCY/PROFESSIONALISM The team didn't drop off and disappear for weeks and they made consistent progress throughout the duration of the job. I never imagined that this would ever be a problem, but our experience with past contractors proved us very wrong. 3) WORKMANSHIP. We were really pleased with how everything turned out. Serge worked with me to find the best counter for my kitchen, and then stained it to match the existing butcher block. He was incredibly fast and efficient when measuring, fabricating and staining, and then installing the new counter. All of this took less than a week! When our contractors thought our undermount sink, with a 1/8 negative reveal, was a drop in, they tried to force it through the hole and scratched our brand new counter.
