Jose was busy taping up boxes of shipments, but when he saw me come in, I got that old-fashioned, small town greeting you seldom find at a US post office! He ran the prices for me on all the different carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) and ultimately advised to go with DHL since it was the cheapest. I then gave him a bigger package to get to London and he insisted I contact FedEx directly and try to ship it back as a "rejected package," otherwise, he noted, "it'll cost $160 to ship regularly from here." I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Next time I'm looking to ship, Postal Plus will be my go to stop. They also offer PO Boxes, faxing, and boxes (for moving!).

So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.
