The customer service I received when I dropped my chair off was wonderful and not knowing exactly what I wanted for fabric, they were willing to take the time and show me books and explain what a "rub strength" meant. It means how many rubs before a fabric breaks down. Anyway, this is the place to go to have anything reupholstered. Don't even think about going anywhere else. They are the best.

I could barely get out of there fast enough as the dog almost knocked me over on the way out.

I had a boat top made 10 months ago from Busters. There were a few issues with my design criteria…read morenot being met. As an example there were common sense fasteners installed where I wanted snaps. This was done to ensure the top would remain secure, however they were always in the way during use. I used the boat nearly 80 days this summer in thunderstorms, wind, and rain and overall the top performed with minimal problems. Willie guarantees his work and I brought the boat and top back at the end of the season to get the issues corrected. He promptly changed out the fasteners, installed many new snaps that were beginning to corrode, and replaced a zipper that was not working properly. He also modified my windows for better visibility. I took a chair in to this business in Aug 2017, located at 500 Muldoon Rd. for refurb,…read morereupholstery. I picked out a nice green fabric, and I discussed a bottom for the chair, since it had none. I paid, I thought, for both cushions to be re-done, and a bottom put in. I stopped in ever so often, and saw my chair sitting in the lobby...untouched. I asked about it, and was told: waiting for the fabric to arrive. I called in Oct. and was told: it's almost done! I stopped by in Nov. and the place was closed down. I called the BBB, who stated that location was never licensed, but another location at 2803 W. 31st St #2...is licensed. That place is an apartment, empty in a huge building that's up for sale. On Sat. 11 Nov, I drove by to see the lights on. I stopped in and was told: I opened to finish your chair! That was at 11:30 am. At 3 pm, I received a call stating it was finished. At 5, I went to pick it up. No bottom..and the owner tried to put a piece of heavy corrugated plywood in it...true story. The cushions are too small, and NOT the color or texture of fabric I chose. They're tan, and almost a plastic material. I'm not happy. Go to this business, wherever he lands, with caution.
