Communication with the staff has always been excellent, and it's clear that they genuinely care about every child in their classrooms. The teachers have become such an important part of Lorenzo's early years, and we are so thankful for the positive impact they've had on him. If you're looking for a daycare where your child will be cared for, supported, and truly loved, I can't recommend this place enough. We feel incredibly fortunate to be part of their community.

My alarm code was supposed to be set up and was not. I paid for a garage and the garage had a torn and falling door seal that was supposed to be fixed and was not. I was told it was a 30 day notice of move out and last minute i was told it was a 60 day. So now i am required to pay for a month and a half of rent past my lease contract running out. So I will be paying nearly $2000 for absolutely nothing. Absolutely steer clear of this place. There is too many ghetto people who live here and ruin it for everyone else. I lived here for 1 month in between closing on houses. Paid for a 3 month lease(one month to move in, one month to live here, one month to move out) it has been nothing but issues. Never again.

They suggested we come check out this art center. I'm so glad they did! You walk into GreenHill and see gallery rooms and children's art exhibit through the center hall. Walk past the info desk til you come to the studio. They have books and a fun art installation after passing through the first room. Keep walking and they have markers and colored pencils and paper to draw. In the back they have an easel wall - string and clips with color paper to paint. There were tables for clay and one attendant was setting out mirrors for the kids to do self portraits. All this was free when we went On Fridays they have story time and art for a nominal cost. I rented a 1 bedroom apartment here for a short term stay in Winston Salem. What a gem of a…read morebuilding, especially as someone who loves older, historic places. I adored my time here! The rental process was fast, Ms. Tara was always helpful and answered my questions quickly, and I was able to easily make my rental payment online. The building was kept clean, and I couldn't hear much noise from my neighbors, except for the occasional sounds from a practicing musician, which I didn't mind. The location truly cannot be beat, especially if you like to grab takeout from the local restaurants or pick up basic groceries at Washington Perk across the street. Having Camino Bakery just downstairs was such a bonus, especially on lazy days when I didn't want to make my own coffee and I wanted a sweet treat. The parking lot is a short walk away, but it's not too bad for city parking. The rooftop pool is a vibe! The gym is a nice perk, but I didn't use it much. FYI, my security deposit was returned pretty quickly, which was appreciated. I miss my time here, and I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

They coordinated with me for nearly two months ahead of my move, stayed responsive throughout the process, and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome before I even arrived. The apartment is beautiful, everything that needed attention was repaired before move-in, and the building has been wonderful so far. I also want to specifically recognize Carlos Pledger and his business, Consistent Cleaning Today. Although the business name includes cleaning, Carlos provided an incredible white-glove moving, delivery coordination, and home setup experience for my out-of-state move. He received my packages before I arrived, transported everything to my apartment, assembled large furniture items, coordinated directly with property management, and made sure every detail was handled with care. This is the second time I have worked with Carlos, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a Winston-Salem local, incredibly professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to making the entire experience as smooth as possible. For anyone moving from out of state, or anyone who would benefit from moving support, delivery coordination, assembly, and home setup services, Carlos and his team are outstanding. Between Tara, Rodney, and Carlos, my move into Nissen Building Apartments was smoother than I could have imagined. I'm very grateful and have had a wonderful experience so far.

The paintings and artwork are inspiring. I am currently taking a watercolor class from Becca and she is absolutely wonderful. She is patient and I've learned so much in just two classes. It is never too late to try new things and inspired. Everyone has been so inviting in my visits that I can't wait to return each time. They have wine, snacks and drinks available. Each area is creative and clean.

The space feels warm and inviting, and the team did a wonderful job setting the tone for the evening. They offered a nice selection of drinks at the bar and tasty party bites to enjoy while exploring the artwork. One of my favorite parts of the night was meeting several of the artists who rent studio space there, everyone was so friendly and open to talk about their work. It really highlighted how much of a creative community this gallery is building. I'm already looking forward to coming back, especially to check out one of their upcoming classes or workshops. Thank you to the entire Marshall Muse team for the thoughtful curation and hospitality. I left feeling inspired and connected.

Very cute Studio with a sitting room for spectators with TV Monitors so you can watch the class. Super nice, energetic and patient Staff & instructors. One adult goes in with the child and goes through a range of exercises & movements to introduce the child to dance. The next class was arriving and all the young students were eager for thier class to begin. They have cute dance items for sale, my wife could not resist her 1st Pink Dance Bag. We look forward to seeing our Grandaughter progress as she continues her dance journey.

I really didn't expect a reply until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. Boom, 1st thing MONDAY morning I have a call and a text. I have a quote within 20 minutes and a team on-site with in the hour. They were fast, friendly and serviced the entire door while here. Highly recommended.
