When we got back to the shop, I let them know, thinking I was doing them a favor so they could make sure they sharpened them for the next customer. A less able skier could get hurt due to the poor quality of their equipment. Their response - "well that's what happens after a busy holiday week"! No apology, no thanks for letting us know - nothing but outright rudeness, and absolutely no care about our experience. They will never get my business again!
