The new 'shop' is now a small section of the Mothercare shop with a very limited range of items, most items are directed at babies rather than toddlers, I found it quite disappointing in comparison to the old shop. That being said ELC products are one of the best ranges for good solid toys and equipment and this new combined shop provides mothers in 90% of the essentials a mother will need during the first years or so of her child's life, just keep an eye on Internet prices as this store can be quite expensive in comparison to online stores or toy shops. No baby changing is available in Mothercare anymore since the re-shuffle either which is a big disappointment :(

The staff always seem pretty polite and helpful, as I've never had any problems taking things back for a refund/exchange. They have a good home area. I have bought wall paper and paint from them before and its always been of quite good quality so overall I think it's a really good store for the area!
