The woman on the phone snapped at me, asking how dare we try to get flowers delivered so close to Christmas. I didn't want my brother to die so near Christmas either and all I needed was a little human kindness and they were so nasty and rude. We all know it's a busy time of year but there is no excuse for how abominably rude the woman I talked to was. Please just learn to be kind, you never know what someone is going through. I will never use this place and I encourage others to do the same.

The product that they are turning out here is fantastic and if you're unhappy with an arrangement or it fades too quickly, they will replace it with no hesitation due to their guarantee policy. I come at least once per week/every other week as I leave a bouquet of flowers on my sister's grave nearly every weekend. What's changed recently I feel is the level of customer service. I had been returning to this store for so long because I truly enjoyed the florist there Geoff. I haven't seen him in quite some time - not sure if he relocated or left the business - but the new staff doesn't have the same professionalism, kindness or presence that he had. It really makes a difference! I'll keep returning in the hopes that I see him again soon - everything he crafted was so beautiful and I just haven't had the same quality of product or experience since. The place just doesn't seem as taken care of or clean as it was when we used to see him there. I hope he's okay! He truly made this store special.
