A week later, the Nick was back and refilled the traps, since the mice had eaten almost all the bate. There were a lot of mice! Nick will be back in a week for follow up. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. This family owned company was amazing! We had a Bald Faced Hornets nest in the front steps awning…read morethat needed to be taken down. I tried doing it myself using a spray bottle with 1/2 water & 1/2 dish soap to be as environmentally safe as possible and then once soaked, I used a broom handle in my attempt to knock it down (I was behind the screen door). Huge mistake, didn't work and just made them rebuild it larger in 1 1/2 days! Luckily for us, this company was recommended and they did not disappoint! Dealt with Mickey who set up the appt right away after explaining the situation. Joe Jr was our hero to the rescue! He was on time, had everything he needed, suited up and got right to work! Sprayed the nest, tore the nest down & bagged it, then sprayed some more so they wouldn't come back again and it's been over a week being hornets nest free!
