Chris was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected the area of concern, as well as other areas that are known to be of concern; giving us good advice to remove any wood from the basement (that is just sitting), and replacing effected/damaged wood on the exterior corner of the house, before closing said exterior.
