Betsy was the assigned agent to assist with my work relocation. She was such a blessing to our selling process and wonderful to work with. We've previously listed our house twice with plans to move out of state, but both times did not attract much interest. Hamden is a tough market and the location of our house had several disadvantages which made selling our house that much more difficult. Betsy was very positive from the get go, but realistic with us in terms of expectations. She went through market data with us to explain her thoughts on the suggested listing price.
