But the best aspect of this shop is the process. If you are looking for a particular article of clothing, say denim jeans or a long skirt, the helpful staff will guide you through the catalogue. Then, with a touch of a button, your selection is shipped directly from the adjacent warehouse for you to try on. Progress of your order can be tracked via the large screen at the entrance to the spacious change rooms. There is no obligation to buy. Terrific idea but I guess having a warehouse so close by would cost top dollar in anywhere except a country town. They are mostly an on line order business but the shop is a lovely pit stop if passing through Cooma.
