Meh. My skis were OK, but my friend's boots didn't even come close to fitting. And they were set waaay to tight - they never would've released in a crash. Ouch. To their credit, they reimbursed us the $10 it cost to have the skis re-fitted at Blue Cow. And they were very friendly, and very fast. read more

Fantastic place. Incredibly friendly cheerful helpful staff. Mostly Australian staff which was great for USA residents. Quality rental skis, clothing and accessories. Not sure about the pricing compared with other shops as tour company Inside Japan selected the shop. Was just outside Happo One ski village, short walk from chair lift but a longer hike to Gondola. read more
