They also carry American size mattresses, which was super helpful for us. The prices seemed extremely reasonable and they had furniture that could be custom ordered if you wanted. That's how my husband and I came to order our couch. A couple weeks after we ordered the bed we came back and custom ordered a couch. The couch hasn't come in yet but the bed was just delivered and it's great! Delivery was super easy, they called a couple days before to schedule it and then day before they gave me a more precise time estimate, day of the driver called when he was a few minutes out. They set up the bed in just a few minutes. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely check here when we have future furniture needs!

You literally have to figure out what the pieces are based on number of holes and screw size. I'm used to pieces of furniture and screws being labeled with letters/stickers. See the instructions for one desk that I bought? They are literally on the side of the box, hard to decipher and faded, with almost nothing labeled. At least other furniture stores put effort in their instructions.

I doubt I'll not be buying from them again. edit: Contacted someone else and they said it was incorrect about the price for delivery so I'm updating review. Still disappointed that we could not pick up earlier and that it would take so long to get from the Mannheim warehouse (1 hr drive) to Kaiserslautern and or our home.

Each base piece was covered in fabric which tore when the dopes who delivered it (against my advice took the wrapping off (and left it for my neighbor to pick up) so they could try and shove a piece half the size of a king bed in my elevator instead of walking 2flights. It didn't fit as I predicted and I was delivered a torn bed. Then came ANOTHER couple months waiting for the replacement to the torn half of my bed. The day FINALLY came and after damaging my wall on the way out with the torn piece and bringing up the new piece, they discovered they had ordered the left not right side and had to switch back to to torn piece. Then came ANOTHER several months and FINALLY they delivered the correct piece to the bed. Now I discovered the hinge was assembled wrong and no one is answering the phone as I try to get repair done. Bottom line; DO NOT expect good customer service. Oh AND EVEN with a receipt for a small purchase in under a week they NEVER refund money for returns. Only store credit on a flimsy piece of paper. Ugh!

They have a cool feature where you can design your stuff at home, it'll give you a code and you can plug that code in to the computers downstairs and it'll tell you how to get your items. For some items you have to go to a representative for them to pull it. So you can't grab everything yourself but it's otherwise good. As for COVID precautions, there's plenty of hand sanitizer and there are markings on the floor for safe social distancing. There are also plexiglass dividers to keep the employees safe when they are checking out the customers. Can't wait to come back for the meatballs when COVID is over!
