At the appointment, they charged her the $25 in-network copay associated with her plan. She was not impressed with the chiropractic treatment she received - didn't seem to help. She had decided not to go back. A couple of days later, she got a bill from the their office for $272. They said they found out they were NOT in-network for my wife's specific plan and she owed for the full visit ($297). What! They were the ones who said they were in-network. Otherwise, my wife wouldn't have gone there. When I called them to discuss this, I asked to speak to a supervisor. She was not available (of course) but would call me back. That didn't happen. I had to follow up until I finally was able to speak to her. She said basically it wasn't their problem and that they didn't find out they weren't in-network until they put through the charges. So the incorrect information they told my wife is HER problem, not theirs. I had to keep following up with the supervisor, who supposedly had to run it by someone higher, and it went nowhere. I would NOT recommend this business from a medical or integrity standpoint.
