While I was initially patient regarding delays caused by storm-related work, communication throughout the project was poor. I was never given a clear schedule, and the crew arrived on multiple occasions without any prior notice. While monitoring the work from my security cameras, I became concerned that the crew was leaving before completing the agreed-upon services. I made several calls attempting to reach someone before they left, hoping to avoid further delays. When the owner returned my call, he spoke to me in a manner I found disrespectful and unprofessional, including making insulting comments and telling me that he did not need my business. Although Mr. Young later apologized and I apologized for repeatedly calling, the entire experience left a negative impression. The office receptionist was courteous and professional, and I appreciated her apology for the situation. Overall, the lack of communication, unannounced visits, and the owner's behavior are the reasons I will not use this company again. It's unfortunate because I had planned to hire them for additional projects in the future, but I will be seeking another company instead.

He was hired to stucco a wall for us and I'm convinced that he purposely…read moremisconstructed the stucco of the cornice profile of the wall (over 50 ft of it), creating a cavetto (used in egyptian styling) molding profile instead of the proper and obvious stepped profile (obvious because it's like that in other places on the wall). He also left out a section of a wall and claimed that we didn't tell him to do that one little section, and tried to charge me hundreds more to complete it. After pushing it he agreed to stucco that remaining smaller section or he wouldn't get the final payment (and if he didn't like that the police are getting involved).

Not only did they not hold up their end to level my ground, but it took weeks for them to come back out to do the other 2 steps. This was on ongoing task before and after closing. I was promised this service. I tired doing the right thing and asking them to come back and level my ground but they said they felt they did what was asked. These people came and installed a septic and refused to complete the grade on the property…read more Leaving my daughter, who is a new home owner stuck with trying to get her yard leveled on her own. The made excuses for why they had not come to complete the job. They left large rocks from where they torn the yard to install the septic tank. After she kept calling them y only came out and spead hay. Never leveled the are they torn up. She will never be able to mow her yard because of all the large rocks they left behind.
