There were interruptions during the process, and then reasons were given that had nothing to do with us or the integrity of the business. It is definitely not, but as a fellow business owner, I know how important communication and integrity is. So beyond that, this is a great company. I think the overall value was good as well.

They treat it like a new build by leaving trash laying in the yard, leaving wood on the front lawn for days, cleaning their equipment in my yard leaving shards of concrete material in my grass instead of the street. Brayan doesn't respect the home owners request, example: I asked them not to leave the rebar from the demo laying in my front yard, to place it in the street. Brayan told me that he would have the trailer there to get it, the trailer never showed. I started moving it to the curb after sitting in my front yard for 3-4 days. Communication is a problem, limited use of English. There are more issues... My pour was about a month ago and the job hasn't been completed. Poor performance in showing as agreed. Poor follow up.
