I requested a copper pipe be replaced with plastic at my cottage because there was a leak in the copper pipe and I wanted to update it to plastic. Instead he cut out about three inches of the pipe where the leak was and put a piece of plastic in with two Sharkbites holding it together. I could have easily done that myself. Over $260.00 and I still have the copper pipe. He said there would most likely be another leak and, of course, in the same pipe so he can come back again for another $267.00 next year!
I specifically asked for the whole pipe to be replaced and made sure that he would have enough plastic pipe to change it out as I wasn't there when the work was being done, my son was. I could not have made myself more clear on that! What a disappointment, pure laziness to do that, I will never have them here again.
