i wonder why there are not dozens and dozens of good reviews here? maybe people dont think about it…read morethats all,cuz this electrician Jon is someone u should have in your contacts on your phone so u can call him the moment u need an electrician.i have had him work at my home several times over the 3 years i have lived in nova scotia ( new glasgow)I found himAFTER a very bad experience with a different electrician whos number i wanted to lose FAST.Anyway Jon at HIGH ISLAND is a very nice man,,he does great work, he explains things gives u a chance to make up your mind and make choices he has a very gentle sweet personality and he has you the home owner in mind ie what are your wants needs your budgt your particular situation and how can he save you money by perhaps doing things in a way u maybe didnt know was an option. This is why i will ONLY EVER CALL JON and nobody else.Last week he and 2 of his crew installed back up heat for me on my main floor ..so baseboard heaters he knows i am going to list my house soon and money is tight but functionality is a must ,That dear sweet man wracked his brain over and over with each of the 4 baseboard heaters as to how to install them with little to no holes being made in any of my walls and ceilings , he talkd to me each step of the way re if i put it here the hole will be hidden in a closet or if i put it there it may not provide enough heat for the space oh but how about if i put it over here..etc etc u get the idea ..GUESS WHAT NO SEEN HOLES!!! i dont need to hire a handyman to repair holes and repaint cuz NO HOLES!!!! you get a feeling around Jon that u would want him to be your son or brother or neighbor hes such a great guy.

The owner had actually called me a liar!!! The level of service was undeniably horrible, and I wouldn't let this company in my house ever again. I am hoping my review will warn others to NOT GET THEM, DO NOT PUT THEM IN YOUR HOME.
