My appointment was at 12:15 Thursday at the LW driving range. My game needs help my clubs are 20 yrs old. My appointment was with Jonathan Huerta lead experiential representative with TM. Jonathan was set up with all the latest TM has to offer. I started with hitting the driver and all the woods we tried several different shaft and heads combinations Jonathan was friendly very knowledgeable patient and a pleasure. We moved to the irons and covered most all of them shafts, heads ball speed distance I bet I hit over 120 balls. The LW driving range was a perfect venue Attendants checked on us regularly keeping us supplied with all the balls, whatever we required. My 75 minutes session was outstanding.. I've since recovered and I recently invested in some clubs, which of course means I need a bag. I researched quite a bit, and I read extremely quick so I can absorb a lot of information. I looked at everything on the market. I was fascinated when I ran across the paradox bag, because I don't want it on my shoulder. What I can say about this bag is it's unbelievably amazing. It's your golf bag, but it feels like you're taking your coffee table with you, in a good way. It's very stable and all the little features really add up to a pleasant experience. I know it's probably near impossible task for the engineers, but if it weighed a couple pounds less I would be over the moon. But I'll take the weight, because of the convenience. It folds up, and I throw it in the back of the car, you pull it out pop the wheels on pop out the front wheel, and the only way it could be any better is if it had a motor, ha ha. I kid, I'm extremely happy with the bag and the way it performs, it's so easy to push or pull along. It just makes the whole round of golf quite a bit more pleasant. At the end of the round I thanked him for his suggestions and told him he should coach. He explained that he did coach and I started lessons and playing rounds with him very soon thereafter. Kyle is an exceptional coach who has been very patient with me in terms of helping me break bad habits in all aspects of the game. I've been working with him for 3 years now and my game has improved significantly. Kyle's focus on balance and proper hip rotation has greatly improved my swing. I couldn't hit out of the traps or chip worth a crap and I've become decent at both. I'd suggest that you both take lessons and play rounds with him if possible as he provides great practical tips and reads greens better than anyone I've played with. In addition to being a great coach, Kyle is a really good and fun guy. I highly recommend Coach Kyle; particularly if you're a beginner and/or have bad habits like I did.

I started playing golf when I was 10 years old (now 39yo), learning the game from 3-4 different teaching professionals from the age of 10 - 17. I played competitively via junior golf and high school golf with a low index of 4.2, and currently am a weekend hacker carrying a 6.1 index. After my high school golf "career", I swore off teaching professionals because I found that the lessons I received conflicted with the golf swing my mind and body were searching for. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Jim Hartnett when signing up for a gym membership at the same facility that Jim gives golf lessons at. Prior to meeting Jim in-person, I thoroughly researched him online, and stumbled upon what I believe to be one of the best & most insightful golf books I've ever read--"Golf for the other 80%: The answer to why you can't improve". After reading his book from cover to cover, I knew I needed to see the application of his golf swing theories first hand, and subsequently had a one hour golf lesson with Jim. Simply put, Jim is a true maverick in the golf instruction space. His approach to golf instruction is completely different from the numerous golf lessons I've had in the past. Jim is incredibly knowledgeable about the golf swing and its associated mechanics, applies the latest and greatest golf swing technology into his lessons, and approaches teaching in a much more practical application manner vs theoretical / didactic manner, which I very much appreciated. After my first one hour lesson with Jim, my understanding of the golf swing had taken a quantum leap forward, and many of the golf swing mysteries I had been trying to solve for years were finally put into focus.
