I say, "I would like a fade with the top shortened and blended with a hard part on the left side." Debra, the stylist who stunk of cigarettes, begins cutting and when she goes to cut the part she looks clueless and nervous so I say, "You don't have to cut the part." She responds with an "Okay" and a sigh of relief. I will never go back here as she had discredited ever stylist in the shop in my mind. Working in a barber shop you should know how to do a fade.
