Since I had butterflies put on my ring and pointer finger it was considered a custom set. They were very understanding when I said I needed them short so I could still type on a computer etc. The technician I got answered every single question I had and did an amazing job! The full set ended up being $60, and I definitely think it was worth it. This place has great reviews for a reason, so be prepared for a possible wait. I had gone to another nail salon that completely destroyed my nails, so I was hesitant to get them done again even after waiting. She was extremely gentle and I didn't feel any discomfort. So I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails...Ok 1st-he was about to put a PINK ACRYLIC when the picture has A brown NUDE 2nd-he rushed filed my nails and it was lumpy 3rd-the acrylic was poorly placed..light in some areas and dark some I expressed that and even to the head owner.... The nail tech was friendly but the way she did the nails was horrible. After a week the nails popped off like press on nails and she charges 120.00 for basic nails. The nail tech said for bling it 2 for 5$ I had on 4 nails and she said it's 25$... if my math is mathing...it's 2.50 for 1 nail with bling or butterfly...4 nails will be 10$. They overcharge for basic nails and the quality is horrible. It seems like they were practicing. Wouldn't recommend. Will not return. read more

So as a guy, I rarely get my nails tended to so when I do I expect good service like anyone else. When I came to Classy Nails, it's as if I was looked over when I asked to be waited on by Emily (who always waits on me). So I waited as she got done with the other customer. So while waiting, no one started the water or anything, I was just looked over. So after noticing that Emily moved on to someone that I had came in before, I called her name and she point to an older lady who was about to start on someone else. I was patient the entire time and did not complain to anyone. By far the best nail salon experience. My family travels every Christmas to different areas of the US east of the Mississippi and the ladies get pedicures wherever we go. The staff was accommodating all so us coming in at one time. At my local salon have to pay extra for the different products Classy Salon uses and Classy Salon doesn't charge extra for callus removal and hot towels. I went back due to a poor job that was done. when I expressed my disappointment with the current polish the technician tried to argue with me that I had acrylic on my toes. Ive never had acrylic on my toenails and never had the need to because I've always had healthy nails. I was still charged because he then tried to say it was the natural shape of my nail when the realized it's wasnt acrylic. then tried to sand my nails again after they were just sanded with the drill prior to the gel polish being placed on there. when I refused he stated I will still be charged. Avoid the old man!! Overall a fairly nice place. It can accommodate many people at once but avoid the old man doing nails. I got a mani pedi. Someone else did the pedi and then the old man did the mani. He cut my fingernails super short although I told him I didn't want him to cut them because "they all needed to be even". I had two shorter nails so he cut 8 of my longer nails super short. Then he roughly cut away the cuticles, ripping away skin which still hurt 7 hours later. If I go back, I will not allow him to do my nails again. The rest of the nail technicians seem to be good. read more

Overall, I had a very poor experience. If you like nice shaped nails, designs, rhinestones, or nails that stay on longer then 2 days, this is NOT the nail salon for you. I wanted my nails in coffin shape and the lady cut the first one unevenly. I wasn't confident that she could shape the nails the way I wanted so I just got square. Then, I wanted a design of rhinestones in a line. Very simple. I had to explain it several times. Eventually, I doubted them in this also so no design for me. I left there unhappy with my nails, but it wasn't horrible. Two days later, I had 2 broken nails. Like completely gone from being applied so poorly. When I went back, they said it would be over an hour to get my nails fixed. Definitely will never come back here. I decided to just take all my nails off since I couldn't get them fixed. My granddaughter and I had pedicures here this afternoon... SOOOO IMPRESSED!!! I've been to many places to have manicures and pedicures and walked out angry at myself for paying to terrible service... NOT at this place! My granddaughter has been there several times and has always been extremely pleased, with ALL the employees...so... since my toes looked as if I'd been chewing on them it had been so long since I'd had them done... I treated us to manicures. I live in Brandon, but drove to this establishment and am thrilled!!! Good choice for anyone expecting a great pedicure! The last place I went, was to the salon at Renaissance--VERY dissatisfied there. By the way, there was a beautiful young black woman there when we arrived with GORGEOUS THIN HAIR BRAIDS! This nail shop made an unauthorized charge to my debit card after I left the shop. I am new to the area and went to this nail shop. My services totaled $85 dollars. I used my debit card and signed the final transaction. One day later I noticed they charged my card $100. I went back to the shop and was informed that they forgot to charge me for part of my service, so charged me after I left. I expressed that my card should not have been charged if I did not authorize it. The owner stated the technicians had to be paid. It is unethical, and illegal to charge a card without the owner authorizing it. I will never go here again. You should trust that merchants will not charge your card because of their error. Read the previous reviews posted and thought I would give it a try. I got there just right after the opened....third customer. I asked if they did dipped nails and they did. I also asked for a pedicure. Picked out my toe color and then was seated in a chair. The owner, Tony, fixed my three broken nails before he dipped them, while his brother-in-law did my pedicure.
