To be honest, as a heavy modder and "cloud chaser", I was a little disappointed at first with the…read moresales person having little or no knowledge of some component brands which are very common in vape communities in several cities I have been in, but that was only an initial impression. Later, after reading about your policy to not have employees discuss any builds they are not confidently knowledgeable about, it all made sense and I completely understand the need for such policy when it comes to customer safety. Perhaps someday you may consider some sort of membership for more advanced customers who become regulars, where members and staff can speak more openly about personal preferences and builds. Overall, the service was exceptional, pleasant and friendly, and despite being on the far side of town, I'd rather shop at this location when opportunity avails. The price was fair and I love my new subohm SMOK tank which came with three different coil/core options. I could have had it for less than the original list price, but the sales person was very nice and informed me of a few discount options and the rest of the price difference was still much more appealing than having to wait on shipping. Not to mention, the store is a much better atmosphere than online shopping and it's always better to see things with my own eyes, instead of relying on online photos and unclear descriptions, as well as having it the same day. Five stars as-is, but my advice for improving, would be to work on expanding some of the staff's experience and knowledge a bit if possible, since many, both new and custom build users, often look to the vape lounges and shops for advice and suggestions. Many of the shops I've been to in other states offer such advice, while still able to warn against risky practices for the less experienced.

She was able to get me setup and helped me find the coil I needed for my vape. In addition, despite me being out of it due to the lack of caffeine she helped and made me feel welcomed & had an amazing disposition and wonderful customer service. It's nice to be greeted by a smile and also helped especially when you're morning isn't starting off too well. I would definitely recommend V cuz she's awesome and I would come again. I'm glad Avail Vapor has hired employees with stellar customer service and I got a good first impression.
