Thanks to their technician, Ilya, for the way he went about the update, for his advice and ensuring we understood all aspects of the system. We actually changed companies when we had an issue with our former company that uses an overseas call centre. We had a problem with a heating issue. The sensor picked up the increased heat and called us. However, after we explained we did not have an issue and had a company coming to rectify the problem, the call centre tried to report we had a fire. Ten minutes later, we got a call back to let us know that he had the wrong number and was unable to reach the fire department. If we had of actually had a fire, I hate to think what could have happened. We have now gone with Price as they have their call centre in Victoria. Again, the professional advice they have given us is really appreciated.

This took place a number of years ago, when I had a new house built. The builder hired this company…read moreto do the electrical, gas fitting, and plumbing. I was sent a bill, by GL, for $10,000., which I never quite understood, as I would have thought that all came under what I paid for the house. The gas fireplace was hooked up with C batteries. I only discovered later that batteries should only be used during a power outage. The electrical starter had never been connected. The breaker box had a frequently used breaker that blew, constantly. I finally paid someone else to replace it. But the worst was the plumber!!! I had purchased a part, for $250., that was recommended be purchased along with the taps and shower head, for the bath. Somehow the brand new part I had purchased "disappeared", and a well used one was installed. For which I was charged, of course!! They wouldn't budge, of course, when I complained. The first time I tried to use the shower portion, the part came away in my hand, and water shot 4 feet in the air!!! Luckily I was just cleaning the tub, and was fully dressed. I quickly got that stopped, and had plenty of cleanup to do. In short, I don't think there was much of anything I could say went well with that entire experience.

G Little will not warranty their work and insisted that I give them a credit card number to have someone come look at it even though I had already paid them for work they didn't do. When I asked for a reimbursement, I was ignored. No customer service with this company. Would not recommend.
