They wouldn't tell me who these approved authorities are. I had no water for a month and no time to play a game called Find My Credentials! I'm sure they are a reputable competent plumbing company but if they're going to proudly advertise being licensed, bonded and insured they'd better have the proof to back it up. I didn't hire them.

However, Rooters answered my call right when I dialled the number. I explained my situation to Dave on the phone, and since I have no idea about plumbing I didn't know how much work this fix would require but Dave knew that this was a quick fix. Instead of just coming over and charging me over $100 like some plumbers would, he asked me to FaceTime him and he walked me through what I needed to do.
