The job also had to be completed with a very short turnaround time. Within 12 hours, I had KIU staff at the apartment and they got right to work. Gina (the owner) gave me an estimate of the quote online and was very good with her communication. Since I was not available at the apartment, Gina kept updating me through text and email. She even took before and after pictures for my reference. Some of which I will post here later. The price was very reasonable and her staff did a fantastic job of cleaning. I would definitely recommend them and contact them again myself, for any future needs.

We requested and paid for a move out cleaning, but due to an error on their end, they failed to note this request type. After showing up an hour late to the appointment time, we were informed their website was in error, and even though we had filled it out correctly and paid what they billed us for, we were not going to receive the service agreed upon. We even offered to pay for the difference, since it was a system error, but was refused that option. We were extremely dissatisfied in the service rendered, and even more upset when discovering our glass microwave plate was broken without any sort of a heads up. We will now have to pay our landlord for this. All in all, a very disappointing experience. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
