The job also had to be completed with a very short turnaround time. Within 12 hours, I had KIU staff at the apartment and they got right to work. Gina (the owner) gave me an estimate of the quote online and was very good with her communication. Since I was not available at the apartment, Gina kept updating me through text and email.
