The equipment is well maintained, it's clean, machine converting bills to coins, machines also take credit cards, my clothes were cleaned and dried without incident. There is plenty of chairs and a picnic table, folding stations, laundry soap machines, bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Free WiFi Internet while you wait. Smells clean. Overall it was a great experience and I appreciate the owner who has pride of ownership and keeps a tight ship. I'm not recommending driving 50 miles to go here but if you do, I assure you will enjoy the beautiful country views of this part of Arkansas. I went again this week and there was a mishap with the men's bathroom, but I don't penalize my review for it. Some knucklehead wasn't polite. Notified the owner and received a quick friendly response from the gentleman. If I'm still in the area (50 miles) I'll be back! When I picked up my duvet a few days later, a note on the ticket brought the manager?/owner? up front to very assertively let me know that I was NOT supposed to do that. She seemed pretty upset and let me know that it was HER dumpster that she pays $100 a month for. I apologized, of course, and said I wouldn't do it again. I paid the $40 ticket and left with my suspiciously wrinkled duvet. My king sized wool duvet now might fit a twin bed, and is completely felted that it is no longer all-weather. Either she intentionally ruined my duvet over a bag of trash, or she doesn't know how to care for wool. I won't be back.
