I assumed the tech would call and ask what the fridge was doing before repair. On 12 15, 2022 they called and told me it was fixed and I could come pick it up. I picked it up the next day and brought it home. It is quite an ordeal to get it int to the house, but one in and plugged in all seemed well. The next morning the fridge is hot inside again. I called and spoke to the owner of the store and she told me she would send the tec out to my house to look at it. I have stopped by the store twice since then and have been told the tech has alot of work ahead of me and the second time the techs mother has just passed and he was out of town dealing with her affairs. Today February 6 2023 I call and I am told they never said they would come to my house and fix it. When I said the Owner was a liar they hung up on me! I ask God to forgive them for taking advantage me. Hopefully I can find a repair shop where honesty is important to them. Anthony Kirby

The older gentleman working admitted to me they mark parts up at least 30%. took me approximately 45 seconds to Google the part and find the correct part for $70, Amazon takes returns. I am sure some have had positive interactions, but I did not. The gentleman I dealt with informed me they could not afford a loss of that magnitude, I had to take it.

I had bought a washer from them 4 months ago with a 60 day warranty. Well I call them today and…read morespecifically ask over the phone saying I know my warranty is over, but I just need to know how much it's going to before they come out and look. I told him I needed to know before they come out, well he says give me your phone number and name, and I will call you before we head out layer today to tell you how much its going to be. I never received a call, and a few hours later I hear knocking on the door. My husband answers the door, and it's two men; one older man, and one maybe mid 30s early 40s. They were from Action Appliance. They asked to "see" the washer. My husband says okay. They took the front off, and 2 minutes later they take a part off and put a new one on. Without ever asking (because I specifically stated to them over phone I need to know how much its going cost because we needed money for tires on the car to drive my children to and from places) they hand my husband the part said it was broken, and they just start putting a new one on without asking or telling us anything. When they are done they hit us with a $100+ plus bill! They never told me they were charging anything, and didn't call before they came out! There was a tiny baby sock in the water pump, and all they needed to do was take the sock out. My husband tried calling them and every time he tried to get a word out they hung up. This happened about 5 times! So he goes down there, not get full money back, but just for that part since they took the last of what we had without letting us know anything! As soon as he walked into the door they called the cops on him before my husband could utter a word! They told him he wasn't allowed back or they would get him for tresspassing! All we wanted was $35 we payed for the part. Then the guy that works there told him he will give him $20 for the part if he can get it out the washer himself and bring it back! I usually never bad mouth places but they really screwed us. They knew they were wrong or they would have heard my husbad out before they immediately called the cops! They took advantage of us! I'm telling other people so no one else gets screwed over by those people!!!
