Unfortunately it took 2 1/2 years to complete and was not the experience we were told we would receive. There was a lack of organization and lack of attention to detail. Stephanie struggled greatly with managing the amount of projects they had as well as her level of professionalism throughout the process.    During the 2 1/2 years we worked with them, four staff members stopped working for them. Very frustrating when their newly hired staff were uninformed on our project accordingly. Snowden's office staff lacks proper communication and being on site to properly manage contractors. This resulted in far too many things going wrong and really made this an incredibly unpleasant experience as a whole. Bob rarely made an appearance unless we reached out with issues and his famous line, "I'll look into that." Christine (Thriving Roots) did a really nice job of taking my sketches and ideas and bringing them to life better than I could've imagined. Her partner Bryan who quit mid project to pursue a different career, left us with turf installed incorrectly that had to be completely redone. Overall we hope Snowden builders moving forward can make the adjustments from this review to minimize mistakes that should be easily avoidable in the future.
