I had went for a breast augmentation and I was in love at first. After 2 yeara I started realizing I was getting a lot of pain. Mind you I dont play sports or anything of that nature so I didnt know why. The pain came and went then my mom called (she also went here) her implant had broken or it started to leak. I first went to Dr. Jazayeri after I learned the Dr who had originally done my breast augmentation passed away. I was very, very skeptical. I read previous reviews on yelp that didn't help my confidence in staying with the same facility to have my breast re done. I went anyway to my consultation appt. met Dr. J and the staff at Beverly Hills Physicians. I'm a little over paranoid and I guess rightly so when it comes to plastic surgery. It's a big step for your body and bank account. Sandra the Office Manager/Coordinator took such great care of me and eased any fears I had through the whole process all the way up to the day of surgery. Especially when adding on a little lipo in at the end! Didn't skip a beat in the care process for their patient! Dr. Jazayeri is such a sweet man and really cares about how you feel about your body. I know this for a fact because after my initial surgery with Dr. J I had some complications with my breasts. (Lipo came out amazing!) Not anything that was done by the Dr., but how my body received the new larger implants. I had to have revision surgery. Dr. Jazayeri, Sandra, the amazing anesthesiologist, Javier, Martha, Marlene, Dr. Mandris and everyone else who was involved in my revision process made me feel so at home while I was scared to death to do this again. Especially in such a short amount of time. I am 2 days post op and I have the most amazing new breasts!! I've never been happier! I've always had a huge self confidence issue with my "saddle bags". I got my boobs done here about 2 years ago and I loved them they look natural and very nice. My doctor was amazing he answered all my question and was very patient with me. My mom also went to them and we got them done a couple months apart. We both recently had one of the implants break which is crazy because I was told it was very difficult for this to happen. I'm a stay at home mom so I don't know what could have happened it was just one day to another. The reason I rate it 3 is honestly because my doctor was amazing and kept in touch. On 7/11/2015 I scheduled an consultation appointment for Breast Augmentation at Beverly Hills Physicians, Temecula with Dr. Stuart Kincaid. The day of my consultation , I was greeted by the most superb office staff. The office was spotless and immaculate and the receptionist was extremely attentive. Sandra(office consultant) was just completely awesome!!! I was escorted to the patient care room where I had the pleasure of meeting the BEST cosmetic surgeon(Dr. Kincaid) I've ever encountered. Breast augmentation is something that I've wanted to do for many years, but each time I visited a surgeon I always left with feeling a sense of inadequate confidence about consultation. Most of the places I went always wanted me to bring in a picture of the breast size that I wanted. I was always confused about that request because what was suitable and appropriate for one individual, may not be an attractive fit for me. Nevertheless, my initial consultation with Dr. Kincaid was a delightful experience. He was very attentive and inquired about my reason(s) for getting breast augmentation. He listened to my concerns about getting elective surgery and assured me that I was an excellent candidate for the procedure. The best part of the visit was trying on various sizes of memory gel implants to determine which size that would be more appropriate for my body frame. As a team, Dr. Kincaid, Sandra and myself came to a consensus on a size that I was more than confident with. They wanted to ensure that I was happy with my selection and allowed me to take as much time needed. In addition , I was given pre-op instructions and necessary medication prescription only to be taken after the procedure. On the day of surgery 8/17/2015, I arrived at the Rancho Cucamonga location only to be greeted by a pleasant office and surgical team . Everyone in the office were extremely helpful and attentive to my concerns. Nevertheless, the surgery went well!!!! My road to recovery (Post-Op) was better than I expected. I followed all post op instructions . My minor, almost invisible scars, located under my breasts are 90% healed. Today , I'm 3 weeks post-op, I look and feel wonderful!!!!! I have absolutely no "visible "scarring , only minor underneath the breast. My new and improved breasts are natural in appearance and touch. I selected Memory Gel ( Silicone) versus Saline... Today , I have a second post -op with Dr. Kincaid, Yes a second post op appointment. He doesn't release you from under his care until he is assured you are completely 110% and you don't have any additional concerns. Your health and recovery is his priority. I just had my first visit at The Beverly Hills Cosmetic Center located inside the Beverly Hills Physicians office in Temecula to get started with the ultrasonic cavitation treatments to help tighten my skin and flatten my abdomen after having two kids. Jen, the technician, was wonderful in being able to explain the whole procedure in detail and was extremely sweet as well. The treatment room is very warm and inviting. Did not feel welcome. Was not greeted. Was not told where to check in. Was not helped for 45 minutes after 2 people that came in after me filled out online forms. When I told them, they seem concerned that I was not helped. After another 5 minutes I knew this was not a place I would trust with my body or health. Seeing how there were 3 girls at the front desk when I signed in I would have liked to be greeted. Maybe ask how they can help me, what I was there for. You should not have 2 sign in sheets and only one is out. Considering that I have never been there I would have never known I signed in on the wrong sheet. And since I'm here, I should add that while I was staring around the room for 45 minutes because I dont use my phone often, I couldnt help but think how horrible the office looked and there was nothing for me to look at and kill time. I literally wasted a few hours of my life that I cant get back. They actually let a walk in go into the back before any apts, she seemed like a regular client bringing the dr oranges. Needless to say, I walked out after 46 minutes. In fact I left after another lady that was waiting left because it was taking too long. And once I saw the sign in sheet all 15 people had an appointment for 10am. So they are over scheduled. The doctor didnt even come into the office until 1015. You couldnt pay me to have work done here in this disorganized facility. Side note: you could hear the doctor having his consultations from the waiting room and that itself made me want to run out knowing everyone in the building can hear him talk about my body.
