Everything is laid out so that you don't feel lost or overwhelmed. The clothes are simple, stylish, and actually really good quality for the price. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I bought lots of fun treats to share with friends and family, including the sakura KitKat that's hard to find outside Japan, I think. The staff were very friendly. They wrote my daughter's name on something we bought--perhaps the fan--in Hiragana. There's also a Kidcot stop right outside this shop (near the candy section), so you may want to check to see if that's still the case to give the kiddos something fun to do.
