Good selection of men's and women's clothing that is nicer than your typical theme park t-shirt. Very nice high-end purses.

However, they're definitely not curvy girl friendly. But you can still find some good stuff even if you are more curvy, it just depends. Overall they have super cute stuff, though. Since this store is in Disney Springs some of the clothes can get kind of expensive. I've been to other Zara stores in the U.S. and abroad and the prices greatly vary. They do have some good sales and that's the best time to take advantage if you want to add to your wardrobe.

The little ones even started crying. It became super hot and it seemed like there was no type of urgency until we called 911 ourselves from inside the elevator. It was honestly traumatizing. Afterwards, reps told us that they would make it up to us....only to deny any kind of guest recovery later on. I know that they are probably going to respond to this with the typical boilerplate "contact guest services". However, just like their promise to make things right, it's a useless response to make it seem like something is being done on their end.

I needed a hat, so ofc they have a Lids, Nike, lululemon, a bunch of smaller electronic shops, high end designer stores like Gucci, ferragamo etc. I would come back or head up the street to the other big outlet. Either way it's a chill spot to kill time. The kiosk stands mostly overpriced dupes and reps. Vape stands highly overpriced. Ample trash cans around and pretty clean in general!

As far as shopping goes, they have everything from Ralph Lauren to Adidas to Psycho Bunny and everything in between. The place had a decent amount of people there, and by the look and sound of it, most of them were tourists, specifically tourists from overseas. I personally did not think the deals and selection were all that special, but maybe if you're coming from Europe or Asia it's unbelievable, I don't know. I just wasn't seeing the value here. Overall, three stars from me. No great shopping deals as far as I'm concerned, but a pleasant place to walk around nonetheless.

They care about us as customers and make the shopping experience fun and easy! The fitting rooms were so easy to navigate and there was always someone nearby to answer questions or grab another size or color. The people who work here may be young, but they are helpful, supportive, and energetic. A+ for excellent customer service as I had to order several items online because my size wasn't available. Ambiance and selection are superior to every store in Disney Springs! The styles are on trend and the displays tastefully done. We found so much we wanted to buy! The prices are high but we know that when we wear Free People it's a n attitude and style that is well above average! Great experience!!

Staff isn't particularly friendly. I can't remember the last time I was greeted when entering (not really an issue for me bit I know really bothers some) they get a lot of the newest items which is good bi they don't often restock those items to make space for new drops. They do have an intimately free people section as well as an active and swim section which is great since we do not have any separate store locations in the Orlando area. I don't love some of the donated they have made over the years. For example they use to have these gorgeous carved wood doors and those are long gone. That's not this locations fault-Anthro brands as a whole have been undergoing a general watering down over the past few years. But for a store that is in such a prime location I expect more. I can understand stopping in while on vacation if you live in an area that doesn't have a FP locally, if you, there's nothing special or "Disney" about this location. It's just a general FP store and definitely skippable if you have a store at home.

What's even more frustrating is the lack of customer service afterward. Instead of standing behind their product or offering any kind of replacement or refund, they refused to help resolve the issue. A company that truly values its customers would take responsibility when a product clearly fails almost immediately. I wanted to support this brand, but after this experience, I won't be shopping here again. Thank God, I ran into Alex at American threads. She helped my blender go to fashionista. I would've never picked out the tops that she picked up for myself to try on. She is definitely a keeper at your store. I did purchase one item that she chose for me. It is a brown like cinched at the waist. it cuts off a little bit deep at the arm, but it feels so incredibly soft and I think it's gonna look amazing with my cowgirl skirt. I unfortunately did not take any photos either. This was a very one stop trip to Disney Springs.
