The first time we went, they had 'switched over to a new computer system,' and nobody seemed to know quite what they were doing. Everything took an extraordinary amount of time, and extra people to help. But since they switched over, it seems that the wait times have declined. It'd be nice if there were some magazines or a television or a newspaper in the waiting room. All there is are photographs and news articles to stare at. Why do they put out candles that nobody will ever light? The doctor is nice, and professional, and listens to the concerns. The office is easy to access, clean and well lit. They're connected to a place that'll outfit you with slings or casts or whatever. Many of the patients seem to be high school athletes who are now in a sling or on crutches.

It affected my sleeping and ability to have full range of motion in my neck. I did a total of 3 rehab visits and will continue to do exercises at home to continue the therapy. The office is neat and clean. My temperature was taken each time and masks are required by everyone. Victor guided me in how to do the at home exercises. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit for any aches or pains and will come back as needed.

I've heard from friends who had been to other Airrosti providers that it can be painful. Well..it was. Dr Canelo did some poking and pushing and massaging on my muscles in key areas to loosen up the muscles and tendons to help my posture. As the treatment went on it became less and less painful as the muscles loosened up. We worked on my posture to help my muscles operate the way they're supposed to. After the hands on treatment, I went to the next room and did some recovery physical therapy. Went over some take home exercises and stretches to work on daily. Overall I had three visits before I was good to not visit again since my initial complaint was treated and I had the tools to keep it in working order. Dr Canelo was very friendly and professional. I would definitely go back there if I had any other issues. Highly recommend!
