We were served several court summons related to a business we have not owned for years. Despite providing clear evidence that we sold the business, they refuse to acknowledge their mistake. I hired bey and associates for my accident case in June. They was fired in December due to there employee keep lieing to me and providing different information. I posted on there website my experience I had with this firm and they had a lawyer email me and bullying me to have the post remove for yelp and bay and associates websites. I thought this was a public forum where I can voice my first amendment rights (freedom of speach). I responded to bey and associates lawyer (I am yet to receive my file and an accounting of the services rendered that I paid Bey and associates for). His reply was Ms. Walker I would not ask you again. You need to remove your yelp post. One of the worst law firm to deal with. This our second time using them and the second time is worse than the first time. My case is about 3 years and my attorneys keep dropping the ball, passing the case to each other. They NEVER CALL or NEVER UPDATE YOU OF ANYTHING. Your calls are rarely returned and it's frustrating when you have to call every other day for an update on 3-year case. If and when your attorney responds, he/she is oblivious of what he/she said to you the last time and giving You the same exact update.
