My complaint is that I was called about me receiving compensation from this accident in October 2022. I was told a check was received in office and it has to go into escrow for approximately 10-15 days. That is fine 10-15 days go by and I place a call and I am told we have to get some people to agree to reduced payments. I wait another 2 weeks and I call back to see the progress and when to expect a check to be mailed to me. I am told the person stepped out and would return my call and has not returned it since. Now if I was told that this is the way the do business from the beginning I wouldn't be wondering about a check. I would just wait, but if you tell me one thing then I am expecting to receive something not to be told there is another issue to be handle then you will receive a check. All I can say is that the lawyer maybe good for all I know, but the backend of his business is shady. I will not be using them again god forbid if I get into a mvc.

She then told the judge, I was difficult to talk to and that I wanted to represent myself. My case was dismissed due to lack and poor legal representation. And to add insult to injury accordingly to the Dekalb Lawyers Association, she has a niche in Father's Rights which in my opinion is a complete conflict of interest and explains why she was so hostile to me for no apparent reason. This wasn't my first encounter with her, I took the same action back In 2018. She was rude then and told the Non custodial parents they could pay $1, the bare minimum and that would suffice. I was shocked and outraged that she'd state this in open court when she was representing Custodial parents fighting for financial support for their children. I'm not sure if she took her meds during both of my unpleasant experiences with her but she definitely has some mental health issues that she should definitely seek help for. Read her responses to other people's reviews. Not the response of a professional. Perhaps since she doesn't have children of her own, it makes her insensitive and Unempathetic to these kinds of matters. If you have a complaint against her or witnessed her unethical behavior, I'd implore you to make a formal complaint with State Bar of GA, The Consumer Assistance Program, GA DEPARTMENT OF LAW'S CONSUMER PROTECTION, and OFFICE OF THE NSW LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSIONER OF GA to avoid anyone else from having this kind of encounter with her. Committed malpractice on numerous occasions and I'm a law graduate but she knew what I had been…read morethrough and could not represent myself. Even the judge who slammed me with a huge judgment because of HER malpractice said it was an issue but refused to recognize the fraud upon the court I raised. Which is pretty much par for the course with these judges. All she had to do was try to settle it as the letter she sent the defendant said but she didn't do that. She doesn't do the things she needs to do. Another judge ordered her to file a redacted copy of a pleading, but she just wouldn't do it. I reminded her and she said "I was supposed to do that, wasn't I?" Yes the judge ordered it and you never did it to this day. She did not send me a copy of a hugely concerning order demonstrating absolute legal corruption in another case so I did not know it existed until it was many months past the time to appeal its frank illegality. In an earlier order I was told it was her advice that I appeal it as a frankly illegal order but when I found appeals attorneys willing to represent me she did not return the calls so they wouldn't return mine. She knew how sick I was and still am and still she did this to me and then claimed she had no responsibility to speak to them. In the final order where the judge trafficked my child skipping the trial which is frankly illegal long after she stopped representing me because she knew she'd taken all the money I had to give to this corrupt DeKalb system, it took so long to get her to give me the file I was unable to pursue an appeal there either just as a practical matter. She goes on a lot of vacations. I have suffered so much and all I can say is it all sounds good in the beginning but in the end as I have learned, lawyers don't actually care about you or the law and will screw you over and then make up an excuse. It has been the end of me trusting anyone again as it's all about their relationship with the court and their "careers" in a corrupt system. I thought she was one of the good ones. I was a member of her community. She let me know exactly that I was nothing worth following the law and rules.
