This was after 3 hours and I had to go to work. So now I have to go back and get it pulled next week. I live almost a hour away and it looks ridiculous because it's half the size of my teeth. I don't understand why they didn't just tell me it wouldn't able to be saved. I'm now in so much pain Again this is my first complaint but I don't understand.

I had a tooth extraction in January and took 600mg of Ibuprofen once for pain! I'm walking in this morning for an implant post. While I'm nervous, it's not overwhelming me. (PLEASE NOTE: He's also a "nice guy".) But even more important to me is that I can trust his decisions. He has managed to address each implant in a manner that is both cost efficient (I don't have dental insurance) and successful. (ANOTHER NOTE: This hasn't been an easy task...I have a small mouth and a jaw that locks if I open it too wide. Not the most ideal situation for a dentist). If finding a doctor that takes the time to analyze your true needs is important to you, then Dr. Miremadi is the right choice.

The office staff are equally as kind and professional and are great at dealing with my hectic schedule. As an adult with a silly lingering fear of the dentist, I wouldn't go to any other office.
