Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I need based on how I use my car. He will always give his recommendation on whether purchasing more or protecting other parts is needed or not, and will not impose the sale on you. I only have three photos recently of the PPF saving my car most recently being someone scratching the PPF on my door to the point where the PPF was damaged, but not the paint below. Another time I had Rex fix PPF on my bumper when a rock hit it when I was driving it tore through the PPF but my bumper was safe. Because they hand cut their PPF you will see that the edges and corners are wrapped and tucked in versus the traditional machine cut, which gives your car more protection. I also had my windows tinted and Car ceramic coated when I brought it in for a PPF as well. Their new shop in Stouffville is quite a bit larger, and although it's farther for me to get to, I still make the trek because it's one of the few places I'd fully trust to take care of my vehicle. There are many PPF shops in the GTA but only a handful where you truly get staff with the experience and skill for seamless PPF installation, including bespoke pieces where the usual template cut-outs just don't fit as well. They also provide ceramic coating for the chassis, wheels, and calipers, tinting services, and dash-cam installation. On occasion, I've had them look into some custom installations (e.g., front plate magnet mount), which were done incredibly well and professionally. And speaking of professionalism, Steven has always stood behind his installations and his standards are very high. As with any PPF installations, things can shift and loosen after it settles (even months after install), and he has always taken the time to make it right again. They promised to match the color of the back windows but they did not do. When I questioned, instead of rectifying the issue, they said they will remove the film and give the money back, Knowing, they are going to damage the car, i refused. They tried to convince me the color looks different because there is light reflection from the windshield and that's the reason it looks different. Then they started arguing with me accusing me of drinking and driving and said will call Cops on me, and I said go ahead. Then they used a racial slur on me, calling me DIRTY INDIAN, which is despicable. later I called them on the phone to let them know the color difference is evident when I look from inside of the car, and then they said its because the rear windows are factory tinted and that's why they cant match the color. Why would they not say this to me at the time of giving the order. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, especially for the racial traetment. Am I still living in CANADA.

After reading reviews of other tinting companies, I chose Mr Tint because their business has a website, they were able to provide a verbal quote over the phone and I was able to book an appointment time in advance. It took roughly 2 hours to tint 3 windows which is the time that was estimated. The "Do not roll down windows" stickers were really useful during the setting period which they recommend 3 to 5 days. I am 100% satisfied with the final result and would highly recommend Mr Tint. Pros Able to make an appointment in advance, the owner uses Whatsapp. Free wifi in customer lounge. They provided a 10year warranty. For windshields they said this warranty does not apply, as windshields are not allowed to have any tinting according to Ontario laws. Cons The technician stuck 3 stickers directly onto my odometer, which I certainly did not appreciate. I have emailed the owner to advise the technician to avoid doing this in future. Did not provide a written quote, the technician only provided a verbal quote. Customers cannot see the work being completed. They drive your car to the back of the shop. I would have preferred to watch the work being completed. The shop is located in an industrial area, with nothing nearby. Most customers simply waited in the lounge area with a couch and cable TV. Protip - If I had known they were going to remove and not be able to re-install my dashcam and 407 transponder, I would recommend removing all stickers yourself prior to the appointment. For example I had a Police traceable sticker, and now that it has been removed I cannot reapply this sticker. Cost of work $350.
