I was a long-time loyal client of Luxury Level and used them for every one of my listings for years…read more-- until a recent experience revealed how this company truly handles accountability. As a listing agent, I had just secured an $8.5M listing and hired Luxury Level for photography, trusting them as I had many times before. Unfortunately, they sent a very inexperienced photographer who delivered only mediocre images and, more importantly, made a serious mistake that resulted in significant property damage. During the shoot, the photographer opened the primary bedroom balcony French doors without asking permission and failed to properly secure them when he finished. These doors require both top and bottom shoot locks to be engaged, but they were left improperly closed in a way that made them appear locked. I was intentionally out of the room during photography (to avoid appearing in mirrors and in the 3D tour), and the photographer never informed me that he had opened or touched the doors. Shortly after the shoot, a storm hit. Because the doors were not properly secured, wind forced them open and rain poured into the home for several days, soaking the carpet, flooring, curtains, doors, and reaching the primary bedroom furnishings. When I discovered the damage, I immediately took steps to stop further harm and contacted the owner of Luxury Level to inform him of what had happened. The response I received was shocking. Luxury Level refused to take any responsibility whatsoever, stating that they are not responsible for the actions of their photographers. They offered no assistance, no apology, and not even the courtesy of comping the photography that caused the issue. As a result, I was left personally dealing with thousands of dollars in damage and repairs. For a company that markets itself as a professional partner to real estate agents, this level of response was extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen in any business -- what matters is how a company stands behind their work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, in my experience, Luxury Level did not. After this incident, I will not be using this company again, and neither will many of my colleagues. Real estate agents rely on vendors who understand the responsibility that comes with working inside high-value homes. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage agents to carefully consider that before choosing Luxury Level. -- Allisun Sturges Frontgate Real Estate @ Compass

I've used other photographers, who had pano's, but Jason and his team are far superior in the quality of work they do, from scheduling to editing to launching the virtual tour, outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Jason and Invision Studio to showcase premiere properties with the outstanding marketing products he offers. I received a lot of compliments on the tour and his pictures and the condo was sold quickly, very close to asking! Thank you Jason & Invision Studio! Look forward to using you again soon. Date of the transaction: June 23, 2026…read more What the business committed to provide you: Residential 3D Matterport Tour (Per 1,000 sq. ft.) - Under 2,000 sq ft; Exterior Scans; Annual Hosting Fee - 3D Matterport; and Schematic Floor Plan What the nature of the dispute is: Discrepancies between the MatterPort Scan and the three-unit schematic floor plan Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business provided separate schematic floor plans still riddled with errors from two of the three units. One schematic floor plan included the initially missing door. The other schematic floor plan included the initially missing window. However, the later plan was, unfortunately, printed with the back of the house facing the bottom of the page. In addition, the plethora of remaining errors (approximately 20) were left completely unaddressed, after approximately three attempts to resolve this issue, with the exception of reminders about how busy the company is and how the "we are a photography company, we are not a drafting company, architects or engineers." My last email to them on August 10, 2026 was as follows: "Hi [Name]: I hope all is well, your weekend was great, and your work week is off to a great start. Thank you for the reminder about being a photography company. This final professional courtesy request is about expecting an accurate service/product and a clear understanding relative to the discrepancies between the MatterPort Scan and the schematic floor plans you provided. Should the dimensions, square footage, and rooms depicted in the schematic floor plan not match the MatterPort scan, or vice versa? If I am mistaken, please let me know. The services I secured from your company are indeed unrelated to drafting, architects, or engineers, as was referenced in your previous reply. Please be advised that your reply from July 31st did not address any of the corrections or questions about 4451 or the Storage Shed. Similarly, that reply also addressed very few corrections (shown in green text below) and none of the questions about 4453 and 4455. In fact, the revised schematic floor plan of 4455 includes a newly hyphenated rectangle in the Living Room and a newly solid rectangle in the Closet. May I ask what do those rectangles represent? In addition, it was, unfortunately, printed with the back of the house facing the bottom of the page. It is my understanding that the front of the house should ideally face the bottom of the page, which places it directly above the Matterport logo and the Gross Internal Area (GIA) identifiers. Again, if I am mistaken, please let me know. Perhaps all of the aforementioned items were oversights. For your convenience, the content of that July 26 message is copied below the hyphenated line. Please correct and/or address each item below. Then, kindly share a corrected copy of the entire schematic floor plan like you initially provided (all three units on one page), which is also shown in the attachment for your convenience. I look forward to receiving the corrected schematic floor plan and replies to the questions to help me understand the discrepancies on or before Thursday, August 13. Thank you in advance for your understanding, time, consideration, and anticipated cooperation. If you have any questions, comments, and/or concerns, please contact me via email or call me at 619-XXX-XXXX at your convenience. Make it a marvelous Monday and a wonderful week." There was absolutely no contact from the company hereafter.
