Would highly recommend and would definitely engage him again if we have any other real estate needs come up. Long version: My fiancé and I were looking for homes on the Westside and had spent 3 months by ourselves looking at open houses. We were ready to find an agent to work with us. After a bumpy experience with an agent who sold my NorCal home (project management was not his strength, and he wasn't detail-oriented at all), I resolved we needed to find a great real estate agent for our home purchase in SoCal. We we ended up phone screening 3 agents and also interviewed them in person, each for 1-2 hours. JD really stood out - from our conversations with him it was clear he knew the area well, was extremely detail-oriented and wasn't bothered at all by our numerous detailed questions, and he made it clear he was responsive and available a lot of the time, including after normal work hours. That was huge for us as we both work full time so we needed someone who could work with us in the evenings. We are so so glad we went with JD. He was extremely patient and responsive throughout the time we worked with him. He emailed us listings immediately after we signed the contract with him and we picked out 4-5 homes to check out during open houses on the next Sunday. Unexpectedly, we fell in love with one right away (after seeing homes for 3 months we knew what we wanted right away). The next day, Monday, JD was extremely patient as my fiancé and I debated if we wanted to put an offer down and if so, how soon - we were waiting on the sale of the other home to get the funds we needed. He gave us great advice and that we shouldn't be scared to put an offer down if it truly felt like the one, and we might as well try so we have no regrets, even with a contingent offer. Just a note about contingent offers - it's nearly impossible to get a contingent offer accepted in the current LA home market (we were warned of this by the multiple agents we interviewed when we mentioned we had to wait on a sale to get funds). That night at 9pm after we had some time to talk through the decision with our families, we made our decision to go ahead. JD patiently made himself available, and we worked on the contingent offer and got it out right around midnight. (THANK YOU JD FOR BEING SO FLEXIBLE WITH YOUR TIME!!). JD helped us navigate the offer process really well and even though two other higher offers came in, the seller took ours! Part of that was thanks to JD's stellar reputation in the housing market here - the listing agent had had a great experience with JD previously and knew he brought good clients who would make the sale as hassle-free as possible. So, the lesson here is go with a reputable agent that other agents in the area know and will want to work with. JD is one of those :) Throughout all steps of the process JD was clear in telling us what we could expect/what was coming next and extremely responsive (typical email response time was immediate to within a few hours). Would highly recommend JD and we plan to work with him again if we have further LA real estate needs in the future!

Since I am staying in a decent place that is 7 minutes (including traffic + traffic light) away from work right now, I am really not trying too hard to look for a place. However, JD has been super patient with me. From my random desire to get a one bedroom and expanded the scope to a 2 bedroom, JD made sure every place we see has parking spot ( Josie's #2 Priority), nice bathroom, awesome closet... and most importantly located within 10 minutes away from my work!!!! JD is friendly, funny and just fantastic to go condo shopping with. He is honest, knowledgeable, and often give good suggestions. He would remind me on things I have absolutely not thought about. Absolutely detail - oriented! While I still haven't made up my mind yet, I am getting really really close on deciding on a place. Choices choices... life is full of choices. It's tough enough to choose your future home, don't spend more time to choose your agent. JD is your man!

My GO TO Headshot photographer!!!…read more I am so lucky that Susan has given me so many great shots over the years. As an actor it is essential to have the perfect shot, and I always end up with TOO many. (Best problem to have) I haven't needed to take new photos, but I recently cut my hair. Immediately called Susan and without delay had a date, a great productive shoot, and photos back within the week touched up! She helped me find someone for hair/makeup, which was great to feel taken care of. Multiple locations, multiple looks, & I didn't stop shooting. I left knowing I had a lot of photos to choose from! The staff is very professional and very easy to work with from start to finish. The space is perfect for small to medium shoots and has a nice hair/makeup/wardrobe room that includes wardrobe racks, directors chairs and mirror. The studio also has tables/chairs for craft and lunch/dinner use, private bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. There are plenty of great food options nearby or within delivery area (if you don't want to leave the studio). Samy's Camera store is close by for any last minute items you may need (which has come in handy in the past). There is limited parking on site, but additional free parking is nearby. The huge roll up doors makes loading and unloading large items a breeze. This will continue to be our top choice when shooting in Pasadena!

Not a huge space, but big enough to fit a boat on a trailer (which someone from another shoot had done, when I came to tour the space), with some room left to spare. The studio had everything we needed, including a hair/makeup room, kitchenette, and private bathroom with updated, modern fixtures. It was clean and offered all we needed, including rolling racks, tables/chairs, extension cords, etc. * Parking--they have a small lot out front and will provide a couple of spaces for you. In addition, there is another lot around back and plentiful street parking. All in all just a genuinely lovely experience with some really nice people. Hired Gor for wedding invitation photoshoot and wedding ceremony, my fiancee was late around an…read morehour or so because her make up artist took too long and Gor waited for us and didn't make us reschedule, he guided us very well in how to pose and found the best lighting since it's already dark and we missed the sunset. Got the pictures in google drive the next day, we were impressed with the quality of the pictures. Fast forward to the wedding ceremony, Gor got there to the church a few minutes early, and took a whole bunch of pictures, we again got the pictures the next day. Super happy with his service, thank you Gor.
