I lost 35 pounds over a year here but stayed on medication for 2 years so my weight started gradually creeping back up as it was no longer having the same effect. Dr Marlowe does require periodic blood work and encourages healthy eating and moderate exercise. I ended up leaving the program and tapering off the medication because my blood pressure had started staying in the hypertension range.
