The match with my table and room decor was more than perfect!!!! A great help to me from Team Gretchen was to have the tableware delivered and picked up because of the number of guests and the fit in my car or SUV would possibly not work...she was right! After continuing to call and follow up myself finally someone was sent to measure for a tent. Never heard back again... kept calling and saying we didn't have a contract and hadn't heard from anyone. The tent manager on the phone (again after we called him!) then said they didn't have the tent FOUR DAYS BEFORE OUR EVENT! The tent manager Tim was extremely rude and zero apologies when we asked why they couldn't just let us know so we could make other arrangements. Instead tried to blame me that we waited till the last minute to book so it's our fault. 2 months prior is not last minute. SAVE YOUR EVENT AND DO NOT USE THEM. "No Compassion" Sad to see a family owned business with no…read morecompassion. Tent was ordered for a baby shower and pregnant mom had to go into hospital so shower had to be cancelled. All that was asked was if the deposit could be moved and used for a later date because the family planned on rescheduling. The owner of Evens Events Rentals stated that is not their policy and the family is losing their deposit. So hopefully you don't have an emergency come up because they don't care if you do!!! Very disappointed
