Although…read moreit was mentally and at times physically challenging, it was truly a blessing to participate in. The hosts were very kind, and the guests were inclusive. The accommodations were very comfortable. I had everything I needed. You have to be mentally prepared to commit, and open minded or you will not fully appreciate the experience in my opinion. It's not for everyone. There was a great deal of sitting, group participation, and patience required. The agenda is pretty full and subject to change, so not a lot of downtime, but that is what you came for. The food was delicious and all vegetarian. There is no alcohol and no alcohol allowed on premises; not a complaint just a disclosure. Whether you are new to the practice or consider yourself an expert, I think you will gain something from this place. If you're ready to go inside and you are not afraid of what you might find, I highly recommend Setu Vermont.

This was our first time to Bodhifit and my friend's first yoga class. Having practiced yoga for over 15 years and an amazing yoga instructor near my hometown, I was not sure about how Bodhifit's class and instructor would be... However, I was blown away by Jo's fun and outgoing personalities and her incredibly articulate and clear instructions. She made the head stand such an easy task. She was hands on and supportive. My friend will most likely return to Bodhifit to practice yoga and I also plan to return when I am visiting the area again. A class with Jenny worked for my schedule. She had a class planned out, and I appreciated her forethought. But as an instructor- meh. She gave minimal corrections of alignment and position. Minimal. Nor did she offer any hands on corrections, so far as I could tell. But I kept my regular yoga instructor's corrections in mind, and felt better for having made time for the class while out of town. I'd go back. And try a different instructor.
