She always made herself available to fit our schedule and was great from start to finish. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 starts is ReMax tried to throw in an additional fee outside the 3% that's allotted for the buyers agent. If I hadn't read the contract carefully I wouldn't have found it. I don't understand why "ReMax" takes such a big chunk of the sale (plus a fee) when Virginia did all the work. I give Virginia 5 stars, ReMax 2 stars.

Someone at the title company did not include our brokerage account number two times when trying to transfer funds. By the time the funds got to our account, it was after 4:00 pm on Friday, and we lost three day's interest. Just glad we were not trying to close on another property that day.
