If I hadn't read the contract carefully I wouldn't have found it. I don't understand why "ReMax" takes such a big chunk of the sale (plus a fee) when Virginia did all the work. I give Virginia 5 stars, ReMax 2 stars.

I've had a closet that's flooded since November 2020 & its still flooding in April 2021, yet they say they've fixed it every time! NOPE! Every time it rains, my entire wardrobe is soaked. I've had $1500+ in damages and losses, yet all they can say is turn it in to your insurance. And when they do send people out to "fix" things, they either show up way earlier than they're supposed to or way later....like why make an appointment at all if you're not gonna show up at the time discussed? It's so disrespectful and a waste of time. They will also gaslight you and not compensate you for anything! Go elsewhere for resort management. This company is straight trash!
